You should receive a receipt via Square.com. and a copy of the completed booking agreement. If you need an additional invoice please let me know.
Charity Golf Guns LLC will provide a trained professional to appear at the aforementioned golf tournament above on the date and setup approximately 90 minutes prior to tee off time and utilize 1 or more of the Charity Golf Gun launchers to raise funds for this organization/charity.
A trained professional will remain until the final wrap up of the tournament takes place at which time all cash will be turned over to the tournament director. All credit card donations minus a Square transaction fee, will be provided to the charity mailed to the charity/organization address on the booking agreement the following day after the event.

*** Important: per insurance requirements the tournament MUST provide a golf cart for use for the entirety of the tournament. In the event of any incident, it is important for the representative to respond immediately.Not having a golf cart or transport could be cause for the insurance to deny any claims.
We require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or “rain out”.
In the event of a “rain out” in which the organization or the golf course chooses to reschedule the event, Charity Golf Guns LLC will make every effort to reschedule accordingly but makes no guarantee in the event that another tournament was previously scheduled on their chosen “rain date” Rain outs or cancellation not rescheduled will receive a 90% refund. 10% administrative will be charged to cover Square transaction fee and administrative time.
If a representative has begun their travel to the event, the entire appearance fee is due and no refund will be provided.
This agreement is made between your organization and Charity Golf Guns LLC, represented by you, acting as the golf tournament director/coordinator.
*The organization/charity shall be entitled to use the names, likenesses, and any other promotional materials provided by Charity Golf Guns LLC for the purpose of promoting the tournament and attracting attendees or sponsors.
